Our strategy includes analysing the overall position of the campaign through the various digital assets ensuring that an appropriate mix of assets are developed and put into play. This includes the overall identity of the campaign as manifested in the various owned, earned, and paid digital channels.

A critical capacity for any campaign is the ability to reach and retain people with appropriate and timely messaging throughout the campaign lifecycle. It is essential that a campaign acquire and then mentor supporters through a process of engagement that results in the highest level of activation to support the campaign with concrete actions such as making donations or voting.

Our starting point in strategic communications work is research. Research helps our clients avoid the problem(s) which presumption creates. Today, there is significant distrust in the ability of political and consumer research to anticipate human behaviour.

The very idea that we can "predict" such behaviour is part of the problem. Human behaviour around causes, candidates, and products is highly complex and popular methodologies, at best, struggle to identify the possible outcomes from a particular campaign.
